You are invited to come along to our free drop in coffee mornings. Come and meet new people, make new friends and meet our patient champions and find out more about our groups.
Join us for free refreshments on the last Thursday of each month at St John's Hall in Hythe from 11.30am - 1.30pm
Everyone is welcome!
Patient Champions are volunteers who work with the Waterside PCN GP practices to support patients through community activities. We promote healthy lifestyles through signposting patients to relevant services and information and provide opportunities for individuals to improve their health and wellbeing.
