Ukuele for beginners will be held from 10.45am to 12 noon on Mondays at Lymington Library.
This free course is for anyone who wants to learn the ukuele and improve their mental health by relaxing and learning to play a musical instrument. You need to bring a ukuele with you and have the ability to use individual fingers and grip.
Research suggests that music can promote wellness, manage stress, express feelings, enhance your memory and even improve communication.
The ukuele is one of the easiest instruments to learn to play. It is also one of the most fun instruments on the planet drawing people together to enjoy themselves, make friends and sing songs. On this friendly and inclusive course, you will learn the basics of ukulele playing and group performance.
