Visitor Welcome Assistant Volunteer

We are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist us on a part time voluntary basis. You will provide a warm and friendly greeting to all of our visitors, answering their questions and providing them with all the information to make their visit memorable. Your tasks may also include: assisting with ticket and shop sales, promoting gift aid with ticket transactions, promoting the museum and current and future exhibitions and events, helping with events and other visitor experience activities as needed. You will also be responsible for money handling and end of day till procedures and taking customer surveys.
Volunteers for this role can book a half or full day shift. Morning shifts are 10am - 1 pm, and afternoons from 1pm - 4pm
Volunteers aged 14-16 years of age, need to be accompanied by a responsible adult or have written parental consent, if that adult is not your parent/guardian.
